Shanklish

At King Cheese, our Middle Eastern handmade Shanklish is a perfect blend of sheep and cow milk rolled into a ball with unique herbs and spices.

It is unlike anything else you’ve ever eaten. It is robust and aromatic, creamy and tangy. Shanklish is commonly served as part of a mezze spread, smashed and mixed with tomatoes, onions, olive oil, and parsley, or crumbled on top of a salad or with crackers or pita bread.
